Other than what Michael said, the output power of the IR LED has been increased, enabling printing from further away from the printer than with the beta units. YMMV, as they say, but you should be able to print from a good 50cm-75cm from the printer now.

Thanks, I guess this will be sufficient. Perhaps I missed the information, but how far was the range with the beta units?
