HP48g by SwissMicros?

Post by RogerW » Sun Nov 26, 2017 10:19 pm

For engineers, the HP48g range is superb, but if only it could be produced in a smaller form factor... like the DM 42!

Would this ever be a possibility, or is it just too difficult?
I do have the Droid48 emulator on my phone but a smaller real calculator would be perfect!

The ROM for the 48 is freely available from HP for personal use only. Not for commercial use.
And there is no simulator yet for the HP-48 similar to Free42.
Otherwise we would be happy to make a clone of it 8-)

Thanks for the explanation Michael - I won't hold my breath!
M48 is good - it's just the tactile bit missing!
