Do you have a creative streak? Post your OFFIMG photos here.
Images MUST be in Windows-NT .bmp format at a resolution of 400x240 pixels and 1-bit colour depth or they will not be displayed by the DM42. Images that do not meet this requirement will be removed from the forum

What software do you use to convert photos to b/w 1-bit color depth? When I use PAINT.NET to do it, the pictures are just about unrecognizeable.

I've used Paintshop Pro (v7 or 8) on a winpc.
I couldn't figure out how to post the pics here though!

The GIMP (

First convert to greyscale and get the resolution right. Then go down to 1-bit colour depth and use Floyd-Steinberg dithering and you should be good to go.
