1mm.Hg ≠ 1 torr. Saying it is close enough isn't the standard I want the 34S to be judged by.

I would support adding a mm.Hg conversion.

Thus, it's in the 34S already. And since it's there, it will be in the 43S as well FWIW. 8-)

Reading a bit raised some doubts about torr and mmHg. Please see here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2491

Maybe a quite usefull Pressure unit to convert would be the "cm.H2O" used in medecine for blood pressure and .... air pressure into the ventilators.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centimetre_of_water

Next time i get a bad virus and go under a ventilator produced in urgency by GM or Peugeot, i would be happy that they did not graded it in Bars or PSI and that the doctor would input his pressure in "cm.H2O" by mistake....

Hence i will always have a WP43S into my pocket ready to help them :ugeek:

Don't you start with another pre-modern unit! The mmHg are enough from the physicians.

In SA, you should ask for the Carats (ct) weight unit. Right ? 8-)

You are right, plenty of that ... but we do have carat already in the 43S calculator: [carat to kg]

You made me go check up if the gold ounces are correct: They do have tr.oz, which should be short for Troy ounces, which is supposed to be only 12 to the Troy pound. So a quick calc: 12 [tr.oz > kg] = 0.373 kg. Which is correct. So with my 43S in hand I can go buy gold in tr.oz and diamonds in ct. in the store around the corner ;-)

(Edit: Consider 'Nm<->lbf ft' being implemented.)
Is implemented :D
Hi, I didn't find it in the simulator... and another question... why do you name Nm... This is a Joule (J). isn't it?

Best regards

Thanks for asking. Answers:
  1. My fault - I've to build an updated wp43s.exe. Will be done soon. (Edit: Done :D )
  2. Physics! Torques are cross products while energies are dot products. 8-)
