The DM41X is built upon the same hardware platform as the DM42.
This is a hardware emulation of the HP-41CX but also with the full complement of 600 registers of Extended Memory. Unlike the DM41 and DM41L, the DM41X has the ability to virtual-plug ROM modules into the system, ROM modules that can be transferred to the 41X via USB.
The 41X supports the same format of memory dump as the DM41(L) so you can transfer the state of one calculator to the other lock, stock and barrel.
The IR Module is emulated so the 41X can print to the HP-82240B thermal printer.
A full user manual is in preparation and will be made available shortly but if you would like to get your hands on a DM41X Beta unit (they have been produced in limited number) then please do head on over to this page and place your order.
