DM41L - Function and Alpha Keys

Post by Gnimelf »

Hi - Not sure if this is how to request support. Anyway both the yellow "Function" and Blue "Alpha" keys on my new DM41L are loosing their color and marking. Can you replace these keys.

Also the the "Z" on the "Zero" key is coming off as well.

s/n of my unit is 01109

thx Bill

Are you kidding?
WP43 SN00000, 34S, and 31S for obvious reasons; HP-35, 45, ..., 35S, 15CE, DM16L S/N# 00093, DM42β SN:00041

On the 41L, the alpha character "Z" (in blue) happens to fall on the [0] key. Initially I thought it was a joke as well...

The alpha key continue to disappear - initially started on the bottom row and now kinda everywhere. Is this unique? Common to all SM Voyager Series? Does it impact their DM42 and DM41X units?

No, not common.
Wait for SM's answer and ask for replacement.
