Addendum:
the key combinations for showing firmware, date&time, toggling fonts or between 12 /48 MHz
are the same as with other DM1xL (https://www.swissmicros.com/instructions.php section "Key Combinations").

Since the DM10L's layout hosts no keys A to E one has to use the keys at the corresponding position.
(e.g. [A] + [ON] translates to [square root] + [ON] to display firmware).

My DM10L came with firmware V29.

Michael, my DM10L collector's edition arrived today and I am extremely pleased with it. The keyboard action is perfect, the key labels and fascia look great and the calculator has that solid SwissMicros build feel. It came with v29 s/w, and flashed easily to v30. You gave me a low serial number as requested, and the package arrived in Australia within days of ordering. My Voyager set is now complete with a SwissMicros DM10, DM11, DM12, DM15, DM16 and landscape "Voyager" DM41L. As an old HP Australia guy & electronics engineer, I love your work. I am looking forward to the DM41x and the DM43. May you live long and prosper, and continue to scratch our calculator itch! But it's going to be hard to beat the DM42 - still my all time favourite calculator ever. Thank you. Kim

Ordered a unit last week, received it yesterday. Keys are a little stiff, but should loosen up with use. Only criticism I have is i wish the f-key was completely yellow-orange instead of a label, however, i understand why it was produced this way. Will need to flash to fw v30. A nice solid calculator that compares well with my HP10C.

Last week I received a greeting card, which had been in transit for 32 days, from the Netherlands to New Jersey, USA. In the past, I've received parcels that took even longer.

This is certainly not the norm — most items make the trip in just a few days, less than a week — but it does happen, and I have not been able to identify any pattern to it, or any evidence as to where the items in question got held up for so long... I guess the good news is that at least things tend not to just disappear. Or at least that has not happened to me yet.

Thank you! And I hope your parcel arrives safe and sound, and soon. While I'm not in the market for a 41X myself, I do get a bit of a vicarious enjoyment out of the way the 41 platform continues to live on. Even if my own needs are met by a plain unmodified 41CX and the i41CX app on my phone.

The one shipped on January 9 still has not been received.

I ordered mine on Jan 8th (in NY, USA) and still have not received it either. Is it possible something happened to the shipment that went out? Any idea from what you've explored?
