Section 5.4.3, two example errors

Post by Joe Horn »

In Section 5.4.3, there are two errors in the table of examples.

(1) The 3rd row says that if the "entered fraction" is 19/8255, then the "internal value" is "0.002301635372501501514…". The digits which I underlined here (015) are extraneous (accidentally repeated) and should be deleted.

(2) The 4th row says that if you attempt to key in the fraction 654321.123.4567, you get a "warning annunciator" because "entry over 12-digit". But no such warning is issued, and no 12-digit limitation on fraction entry exists on the DM32, unlike the HP 32SII which has a 12-digit limit on integer part plus numerator. This entire row in the table should therefore be deleted.
