Where did you find this routine? Or is it a formula you found yourself? Lines 02..04 are for what? Just some burden for the speed test? They may be erased with no effect to the result regarding maths only. Mirroring at line x=1/2 does not alter the outcome...
the routine come from an old post in HPMuseum, https://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/thread-9 ... hlight=15c, about the execution of the integral

\[ \int_0^1{\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-x}}}dx \]
in 15C calculator.
Then I tried to apply the routine in HP 42, DM42, DM41X and so on...

You cross-reference a post of your own? So it is your routine according to your equation.

And what is wrong with that? The subject of this thread alone should tell you that this is a test to evaluate the comparative speed of execution of various machines.
There are only 10 kinds of people in the world: those who understand binary and those who do not.

No, it is not a problem. It's just the self-referencing link that gives no additional information. Ah, wait, no, not true. It shows that since 2017 nobody mentioned that
\[\int_{0}^{1}\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-x}}=\int_{0}^{1}\sqrt{\frac{1}{x}}\]
