CRASH: Multiple times, with Setup/Module/Manage Modules in Flash

Post by tpugsley »

Crash (3x +)

Settings, Module, Manage Modules in Flash.... Crash

Had been working fine, with a few modules imported/added (HEPAX, Zenrom, etc.). No recent module changes. Removed ALL modules from USB disk, still crashes.

Can I provide more info?

Pic below?

Thanks, Tom

Follow up: Solved?

I tried Loading an early state of the calc: still crashed.

It ALSO crashed on a different, related menu item:

Setup, 2. Module, 1. Active Module, (Games Pac, Unplug, OK)… Plug  CRASH!

Re-installed firmware (3.20), now it works. So far, I have only loaded Zenrom and Stat Pac modules. Fingers crossed.

If anyone has had a similar experience, and knows more about this, I'd appreciate a comment!

Thanks,
Tom

Change your battery and replace with a new high-quality CR-2032 (e.g Energizer), then reset via the pin hole of the back. Even if the battery annunciator does not indicate the current one is low, try this, it usually works.

Thanks Bob,

I had done that, troubleshooting another problem about a week ago (corrupt raw file).

Still in the dark about what has caused this (several times). If it happens again (since reflashing the firmware), I will post details.
