I just updated my DM41X to ver. 1.15. Now I see small, dashed lines, under the space between the digits when I hit enter. Not every digit position is affected. Is this an indication of some new mode with this DM41X? If I turn the DM41X off and back on the small lines disappear, but they return once I enter a number over 4 digits. Not sure what happened. I checked the version again on my DM41X(beta) and it says DM41X v1.15.

Those are tiny artifacts of re-drawing the screen when displaying commas is enabled. Problem has been fixed and new 41X units will not have this defect. A new version of f/w for the Beta units will be coming out that corrects this too, however it's just a bit annoying (for those with good enough eyes) and nothing is functionally wrong.
Oh, and I won a bet. I predicted no one would see this for at least a week, so I just barely made it.
So Bob....do I win a coffee mug for finding a bug??! LOL. jk. Interesting that the DM41X(beta), using the same firmware, behaves differently from the production version of the DM41X. This leads me to believe there is a hardware difference of some sort. So is there a firmware branch between the DM41X(beta) and the DM41X production units?
I guess that means the DM41X(beta) will be a unicorn version! Wooo hoooo.....big eBay bucks!
