I buy woodworking tools and odds and ends from Axminster in the UK and have had similar turnaround - about a week via DHL.rprosperi wrote: ↑Tue Jan 26, 2021 10:55 pmIn some cases, delivery time is just fine....
I ordered some books from The Tank Museum in UK (Dorset) on Sunday, Jan 17th and the books were delivered to my home on Wednesday, Jan 20th.
Though they were shipped via DHL (the cheapest option, not special priority) I can rarely get mail delivered to me from NYC in 3 days, and I live only 50 miles away.

DHL delivered a package to us in AZ from Turkey in three days earlier this month. It’s amazing how unpredictable and inconsistent it all is right now.

Just to add my bit of data: Switzerland to Seattle USA took 12 days, cost $10.50 (approx) in mailing costs. The return trip costs $28 minimum.
