I would not buy a DM42 landscape... the DM41 puzzles me as a landscape overlay, quite not usable...

Yeah but without the hardware connectivity of the 41CX, most of the functionality is gone for me. It might as well be any other RPN calculator.

I’ve seen the light a long time before 1979, but HP41 was a kinda rebirth... and still amazed.
