The double-click does not seem to work with MyMenu. 🤨
It works elsewhere.
That is a bug.
Will be fixed.

There has been some grumbling on the loss of 𝝙%. This came as a surprise to me, as there were no issues in the development team when removing it.
Just in case you are keeping a tally, I too favor and use the Δ%, and actually far more often than % itself. I've never used the xth root keys because I learned on calculators where you just employed 1/x with y^x. But maybe I'll grow to appreciate it as well :-) But, if there's somehow a way for Δ% to return, I'd be pleased.

The change in calculator name seems a little bizarre and perhaps confusing to people attempting to learn about the project. "So 'WP43C' , 'C43' , and 'C47' are all the same project?", they will undoubtedly ask, puzzled. Don't get me wrong—C47 is a fine name, especially for anyone keen on military history and iconic warplanes. It's more the arbitrary changes that I think present an image of chaos. If it needs to be "C47", swell, but I suggest it not undergo any further rebrandings.

No tears here for the loss of the steel overlay. Plastic will be fine—those for the HP41 were wonderful. I never thought a metal one offered any advantage and would have been more susceptible to scratches in use and required protection against bending damage during shipping. Plastic sounds great! Bring it on. A couple of small dots of water-based Loctite Stik-N-Seal will hold it fine and be removable.

Looking forward to continued updates, whatever the nom du jour!

There was, and it has. You can see the updated and final faceplate on https://47calc.com/#downloads.

Hardly believe it. I'd suggest to refine the shape of g-shifted [STO] to form a proper circular arc. And a shifted x² carries zero benefit compared to [ENTER] x, so it can be replaced by xROOTy which suits [SQRT] better while g-shifted [Rdown] can carry [R^] then. YMMV
WP43 SN00000, 34S, and 31S for obvious reasons; HP-35, 45, ..., 35S, 15CE, DM16L S/N# 00093, DM42β SN:00041

Thanks, Walter! x² is fixed due to HP 42S.

Guessed that, though TOP.FCN was dropped although present on HP-42S, wasn't it? But let's repeat the errors of our antecessors... ;) As I wrote, YMMV.

I agree.
And I’ll add: it’s surprising that among the choices for Σ+NRM there is no room for yˣ. 🤔

I think it's fair to say that it seems we are approaching the realm of personal taste and preferences, as there are alternative ways to do things that some might like and others not. Hopefully all (or very nearly all) should be able to 1) feel at home, and 2) easily find things, while acknowledging that some things are not 1.0 (or 100%) according to one's own preferences. :)

Absolutely.
One question: is it possible to assign the g Shift to Σ+ in USER mode? I haven't figured out how.
