Just felt like saying THANKS to SM for the DM42, and to the people behing WP43 and C43...
I use my C43 (DM42) every day. Heres a fresh example, where I find the BASE hex/dec functionality very usefull, for configuring a vessel's MODBUS ballast tank interface between our software and the vessel's computers.
I would like to see, what You others out there are using your devices for
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Here I am illustrating to a kid how Sonar works by rigging up an oscilloscope, signal generator, active speaker, dynamic mic, measuring tape and a C43. The C43 calculated the speed of sound in my garage to be 336.8 m/s which was accurate enough for him to compute the distance to an arbitrarily placed stationary object using the mic pulses on the scope. He found it very interesting but he really did not appreciate the backwards entry of the data to work out the results I do wonder how we can interest kids in RPN or eRPN for that matter he was completely uninterested in the C43 and pulled out his iPhone ...
