X! (factorial) on C43 - where is it hidden?

Post by rudi »

I tried looking in the PROB menu, but it isn't there.

I also tried finding a C43 manual, so far I have been using the WP43 manual, but there's too many differences to really use that.
I've been searching here: https://www.classic43.com/Classic43/Lin ... loads.html

Found X! deep down in CAT (dang - there's a lot of functions)
But still, I would like to know if it's located somewhere more convenient.

Is f(F4) on the HOME menu convenient for you? ;)

The HOME menu can be quite useful. If you would like to access it quickly you can use triple shift as a shortcut.

You can of course always assign functions you need often to the MyMenu. Or even define your own custom menus and thus create groupings of functions you need together. This is described in Walter's manual, but is somewhat convoluted.
BTW
The manuals I am working on are focused on describing all buttons and menus, and are progressing nicely.
Addition of general descriptions is for a later phase.

Great for C43 also having manuals!

Really looking forward for the manuals. Appreciate some one is doing this 👍👍👍
Do You have a prellminary version available. That would be better than none at all 😀

The only preliminary documentation stuff released were in the zip file with the previous release, 108_08p, under the finder "Documentation".

Thanks Jaymos, not overwhelmingly comprehensive, but still usefull.
Looking forward to the "real" documentation (and metal bezel ;) ). I sometimes get lost, especially in the the solver and graphing of equations.
I've found some minimal documentation on classif43.com and in a post here, which is also usefull:
