When I use the C43 simulator, it seems some of the function labels are not displaying correctly.
See the attached picture, where I've red-boxed labels that aren't being represented properly.
A common theme seems to be that all are exponents.
I am assuming this is something at my end, rather than an actual bug. I'm running Win10 and am running it via the PC's "calc button". If I double-click either the *.cmd or *.exe files, I get the same results, though.
• I'm following the setup instructions in c43.cmd.txt
• Everything is installed to C:\C43 as suggested.
• I transferred the \res\ folder as a whole so that it now exists as C:\C43\res\, with content within it.
Do I need to actually Windows-install the *.ttf files? Presently they just reside under the C:\C43\res\ folder structure.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: C43 Simulator Help
Square root of J doesn't look very sensible as well, does it? To my experience, you should install the respective ttf fonts - but what do I know, I know the WP43 only...
WP43 SN00000, 34S, and 31S for obvious reasons; HP-35, 45, ..., 35S, 15CE, DM16L S/N# 00093, DM42β SN:00041
Re: C43 Simulator Help
Good eyes! Who wouldn't want "square root of J" on a primary key?
I took your advice and installed the two *.ttf files and indeed that fixed the issue. The other labels (textually correct, but a bit wonky-looking) are now all cleaned up as well.
Problem fixed! Vielen Dank, Walter!
