There's nothing spirited about it, nor any questioning. In my first post I only said that now we knew why 'S' was removed, and later I was only answering questions. As I said, I was just surprised, that's all.

Have you watched the video? You'll see that I've just reported what SM said to answer the question; I even provided the link with the time of this discussion.

And you wrote "people, not involved, are making complaints about a product that they have no personal involvement with." I suppose the "people" were just me too, but I don't see any complaint? Nor do I see anything negative about their product.
