I want to 3D print a stand for my DM42, where the calculator rests at an angle of 30° or so. And with the possibility to flip it and use it at 60°
I found several models, for example this one:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4444933
And even someone offering them for sale, but for us in the EU, it gets expensive after postage, tax, vat and handeling costs:

Does someone have the "ultimate" stand for a calculator and would like to share?

Do you know if there's a dealer in the EU?

Re: 3D printing a calculator stand
I have many of Dan's stands, they're all excellent and extremely well-suited for HP use as Dan is an HP user himself and designed them precisely for these machines.
One approach that works well and saves money is to do a 'group buy' for a set of interested buyers, thus reducing the per-unit shipping cost, though likely of little help for VAT or customs. Just make a post here and in the MoHPC Forum with links to the various stands (and other accessories) at hp4171.com offering to coordinate the group purchase, I guarantee you'll have some takers. It does take some extra work on your part and likely small hassles, but it saves you money and does a good deed for the community.

Re: 3D printing a calculator stand
Good idea, however, I am extremely hung up, but if someone else will make a bulk order to the EU, I will certainly buy one.
Several of my friends have 3D printers, so I guess I will go that way and design one on my own and get it printed.
If I get it done and it turns out all right, I will share the 3D Model here.

Re: 3D printing a calculator stand
I've recently received some of hp4171.com's 3d printed stands. The ones listed as "seconds" are really bad and need filing and cutting to come anywhere close to usable. They still need little rubber stick-on pads to level them out and make them usable. Not a problem since they are listed as seconds. The problem is with the regular stock. They are nearly as bad - very warped and also need stick-on pads to level them out. I'm not recommending against the stands, just letting everybody know about potential issues.

Why didn't you contact me for a refund or replacement? I have never heard complaints like this before.

Re: 3D printing a calculator stand
I didn't reach out to ask for a replacement or refund because I don't want either. I was willing to make tweaks to get the stands to work right and gave some honest feedback about it. Again, I'm not recommending against your products. And rest assured that Bob Prosperi's enthusiastic recommendation of your products far outweighs my (an absolute nobody here) minor criticism.

Re: 3D printing a calculator stand
Please post photos of the warped stands and the filling and cutting that was required.
I have never sent out product in the state that you describe. Were they damaged in shipping?
If you return them to me I will give you a full refund.
