received one Pilot Unit.
1) sad: empty battery ... (possibly screwed together with little enthusiasm?)
2) otherwise the same observations as Didier,
see viewtopic.php?p=25007#p25007
Sorry for the empty battery. Though we're responsible for the software (and take care of it) but have no influence on the hardware execution which is entirely controlled by SM.
This was not addressed to you, perhaps someone from the SwissMicros environment is also
reading here some times. Potential for quality control, perhaps? (low battery was also mentioned in viewtopic.php?p=24991#p24991)

From my side very big thanks to you and your former team for more than 10 years of great enthusiasm and the results!
The weird events of the last week(s) have left me shaken and speechless.
Not really a sign of good communication.

Does any of the other WP43 Pilot users also have very high battery consumption
on the Pilot units and maybe strange OFFIMG display?
(see viewtopic.php?p=25112#p25112)

None of those two things are suspect on my side. Still has the delivered battery in. Granted I don't use it every day, but it powers on every time and no strange off image.

Hello Jaco, thank you for quick response,
I think I should contact swissmicros.

Not so far. OFFIMG display is normal as on my DM42 and DM41X and battery level has not changed much since I received the unit.

Off-image is normal.
I had to replace the battery upon receipt, before it would turn on.
No indication of unusual battery life, but I haven't attempted anything heavy-duty either.

Hello Massimo,
All the best and good health for the new year!
Do you have any new findings on WP43?
