3³ units thus far. This is a far better response that I ever imagined. It's not that far off (okay, an order of magnitude) our estimate for the total number of 34S's ever.... The 43S might even be a financially viable way to turn a million dollars into an hundred thousand dollars.

I'd guess there must be more 34S's (hi, Bob, no possessive!) in the wild, about 10³ ± 33%. The big unknown is China, however.
