What generalities? What bigotry? Also, why would I want to watch a band from India(?) play when I'm looking for calculator information? I'm totally lost in these topics!

I'll try answering:

1. Seems Mark doesn't concur with the picture (stereotype, cliché) of the average US-American (John Doe) as it appears from an outside point of view. (Though: In Germany, people stockpile toilet paper in the Corona crisis, in the USA, gun sales increase. Just for comparison.)

2. Looks like a comment about National Prayer and National Rifle Association coexisting without interference, doesn't it?

3. a) I sincerely doubt it's from India.
   b) Since Massimo posts funny stuff frequently. And in times of Corona, some fun is appreciated. Some people even claim it's required for your health.
