Did you copy it into a working directory?
I only supplied the EXE file this time, but it also needs the support files from the previous release:

c43_pre.css
dm42l_L1.png
res/

I copied the c43.exe file into the previous folder I had, deleted the backup.bin file, and it starts without crash.

I am trying out a different indicator instead of "XF" for EXFRAC: how does this F indicator look?

Dani reminded me that the rest of the fraction display is pretty simple therefore the constants display annunciator would be better as a simple "c" instead of the fancy f-in-a-circle or the "XF". I agree, so I also reduced the a and b annunciators and removed the "+" to correlate with the [a b/c] button. See the annunciator in the image below.

I think the simple approach is good now.

The demo screen below came from: the \(close-to-\pi\)-fraction, from the pre-loaded registers 19 and 20:

Code: Select all

RCL 18 RCL 19 RCL 20 / ENTER 3 / ENTER SIN

\(sin(\frac{2646693125139304345}{842468587426513207} / 3) \approx sin(\frac{\pi}{3}) = \frac{\sqrt3}{2} \)

sorry but the url doesn't work

I have a problem with storing arrays in variables (both in Windows and in DM42).
STO 00 is OK
STO MAT_A is not

Corrected in the OP and above. Typo on the :// part of the URL.
