I find the keyboard design heavy on the eyes, not to say tiring.
I personally work with the following overlay

Another small problem for the PC version: the f CC and g CC commands are reversed.

f CC should be |x|
sorry for the bad Lucky
No major problem since this was detected and repaired two days ago already. Sorry, no points this time. ;)
But now I wonder: do you really use release 0.20.2? :? Please call VERS? in INFO and tell me what you see.

Minor problem:
As with the product of a real by a matrix, the DECOMP function should work with 123 as with 123. e.g.
DECOMP.jpg
DECOMP.jpg (27.2 KiB) Viewed 2142 times
and not "Invalid input ..."
with 123. DECOMP works.

Feel free to do so. One can write books about colour design. And a colour on the screen versus the 'same' on various objects are many different cups of tea. For calculator design, there are ergonomic aspects to be taken into account. For the simulator, we've chosen colours we want to see on the physical calculator where bright screen colours come dimmer (and will get dimmer with time). And last not least, already the Romans said: DE GVSTIBVS NON EST DISPVTANDVM.

About the keyboard label swap you observed for the shifted functions of CC: I downloaded the simulator of 0.20.2 here as well, extracted it in a separate directory, started and see a golden |x| here. Strange. Please try to reproduce this way.

About DECOMP: You're right - you've got 50 points now. 8-)

Ensure you remove the the backup.bin file if you do not start in a fresh new folder as suggested above.

And that's why I lost 25pts !

There's no problem, I don't do it for the points. But I would love to see this machine come to life.

For people like me (I suffer from contrast color blindness) there are too many unnecessary continuous lines. Lightening the design is a must for me.
Just for your information.

I've got some idea of color blindness (various kinds) but couldn't find anything significant about contrast color blindness. Can you enlighten me about specific challenges, please?

Hi Walter,
I've found a small typo: Pag 131 of the Owner's Manual: a "1" is missing before 2.3454321

Also in the next page, the menu name for the angular conversions is no longer on the "6" key, and its name has changed from L→ to the new icon.
