This is a really weird bug. Thanks for reporting.toml_12953 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 26, 2023 6:39 amShould we have to press Enter to get the INTS menu to come up?
If I type
67
INTS
nothing happens.
If I type
67
Enter
INTS
the INTS menu comes up. This is not consistent with the EXP or TRI menus since they copy the input number to X and bring up the menu without having to press Enter.

Re: 43S News
And thank YOU for removing your rant. The section on menus was the first place I looked when I noticed that INTS doesn't behave the same as EXP and TRI. I just reread it and still don't see anything that would explain the difference.Walter wrote: ↑Sun Mar 26, 2023 1:33 pmThis is a really weird bug. Re: 43S News
I admit I misunderstood your post in first run, thinking you didn't reach the third view of INTS and wanting to get there via ENTER. Anyway, BIT shows the same bug. We are working on it.

Re: 43S News
The INTS and BIT launching bug is fixed now (thanks to Mihail). Since it's easily circumvented it will be publicly available in next release, not earlier.

Re: 43S News
Today, 2023-04-09, we offer you our Easter edition, release 0.23.11 , here https://gitlab.com/rpncalculators/wp43/-/releases (thanks to Mihail and Didier!).
Happy Easter and may the hare be with you!
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask early. And if you discover anything suboptimal, please report. There are certainly some issues - who finds one unknown yet will get 1 new test point.
- PAUSE 00 updates the screen now as it always should. Check the program SPIRAL, for instance - it is part of testpgms.bin.
- With VARMNU displayed, RCL and VIEW now access the variables shown therein.
- Separated VAR submenus for writeable and read-only variables.
- Corrected launching bugs in INTS and BIT.
- Refined the QRG.
- Modified the way comparisons with x are displayed for improved user experience.
Happy Easter and may the hare be with you!

Spoiler: Next release is going to include state files, thanks to Didier.
Both the simulator and the calculator run smoothly. We're still trying, however, to benefit from state files for solving a little challenge being discovered almost two weeks ago. The release will be ... released when this is done, I think.
