I've got some idea of color blindness (various kinds) but couldn't find anything significant about contrast color blindness. Can you enlighten me about specific challenges, please?

OK. My defect is detected by an Ishihara test. I have a form of "protoanomaly". My red detector rods have an anomaly which makes me contrast badly the red on a green background for example. I see the two colors separately, but not well if they are mixed in small flat areas. Another characteristic of my red rod pigment disorder is that I am able to perceive slightly in the infrared.
After being immersed for about ½ hour in total darkness, I can see the heat given off by a human body. I don't know anyone in my case, but I am one.

As for the OWNER'S MANUAL I think it's a bit too early to make definitive corrections. In the meantime I have listed the layout references that are currently incorrect. They are the references on pages 83, 131, 132, 142 (2*), 146, 150, 270, 276 and 281. Control made on the WP 43S U v0.20 version.

I've found a small typo: Pag 131 of the Owner's Manual: a "1" is missing before 2.3454321

Also in the next page, the menu name for the angular conversions is no longer on the "6" key, and its name has changed from L→ to the new icon.
Thanks, Manuel, for reporting. The first two observations are corrected now (will be visible with next upload). The "L" is a crutch since Luiz Viera's character set doesn't include an open angle symbol - it will stay. So 2 x 25 points for you.

This is a known problem: either the graphic layout is ahead or the software when you change the keyboard. So, after each keyboard change, you need some time to reach equilibrium ... ummh ... equality again. The OM is of 2021-05-20, i.e. really old. Ongoing revision is looking at (hopefully) all the layout references and exchanging them. Thanks in advance for a little patience.

Hei,
I am on page 142 of the OM. But I can't figure out how I can find the decimal equivalent of 222D hexadecimal.
Under INTS I can't validate the entry 222D :?

If 222Dhex exists in the X register, type either

Code: Select all

# D
or

Code: Select all

# 10
.

If you type from default, type

Code: Select all

222D # H
then

Code: Select all

# D

Yes but I don't know how I can write 222D in the register x
I don't want to start with 8749 because that's what I'm looking for!

Try INTS 2 2 2 D # H then # 1 0 or # D (the D on the ln key)
