Today I discovered that the current draw on my DM42 jumps to 4.7mA when a key (any key) is pressed. That seems excessive to me. Measured with a 3.00V laboratory power supply.
I know buttons are not pressed for long periods of time. But then again, there are a lot of key presses! That's kinda what you do with a calculator.
So is this a bug with the keyboard matrix scanning?
Or has it always been like this?
