Cracked bezel

Mine has it too, but it doesn't look like a crack. it's more like a scribe line or a place where the case can be flexed to allow the display to be fitted. Not a concern to me.

A few more data points for the discussion:

My DM42 is also cracked in the same place.
My DM41X Beta Unit has a light colored line where the crack on the DM42 is located. Maybe the plastic is under stress and will crack here in the future?
My DM41X Production Unit has no sign of the crack or discoloration.

Disappointed by SwissMicros' total lack of response to my (and a bunch of others') emails. Developing a crack after less than a year of very careful ownership is not what I'd expect from a calculator so expensive.

I received an email from SwissMicros today explaining they've been having issues getting emails from that account. I re-sent my original email to them, so hopefully the communication issue is resolved and I'll get a response one way or the other.

I'm pleased to report I received an email reply this morning, and a new bezel assembly is on its way to me.

What is the problem email address, and what is the preferred email address for contacting support? Just want to have it stated explicitly for future reference.

The email address to use is support@swissmicros.com. The email address hasn't changed. There was apparently an issue behind the scenes preventing some emails from getting to SwissMicros. I don't know the details, but I have had my share of IT headaches both personally and professionally and can certainly empathize when something just "breaks."

Yes, that's what I did. I got a response soon after I sent it.
