I don't see many posts from SM, maybe they simply forgot about the thread
For some time grsbanks acted as company representative or similar, not know the situation now.

Maybe it's better to wait until all the production issues are fixed, I don't want to have the same problem I had with the 42.
One of the reasons why SwissMicros should give an answer. If someone is looking for information before purchase this type of calculators, for sure will have serious doubts about the product.

As for the domes, I doubt that new domes would stay in place on an old half-sticky sheet, if I could even put them at the precise correct spot in the first place. But it's possible to replace the whole sheet with new domes, or even the PCB as they did with early versions - though that didn't fix the problem back then.
Some electronic components companies offer custom dome arrays ready for peel and paste (with an adhesive sheet), but I suppose that only for a large orders (or at very high cost). Anyway, if back then domes/PCB changing didn't fix the problem, it has no point to continue searching how to replace the old domes.

Have you received any reply yet? I'm still waiting, they used to reply within a couple of days before so I don't know if they're busy, if the email has changed (it's the one on their website though) or if they can't / don't want to solve the problem.

Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned in my email, I'm really not good at DIY so if there's something that doesn't involve too much soldering / gluing and other methods requiring dexterity, I'd be grateful. :D
For example swapping the PCB, if possible.
