Hi all, I did the PM to Michael and we agreed to apply 'the cure' not for the faint at heart persé but I committed to do it. New battery since 24 hours and still very fine at 3.11V, no usage though just on/off and then again on/off and again after 20 or so hours.

Update: applied "the solution" from Michael. Using the calculator at random moments for a brief period. Battery is being used as such and we'll see where it ends the coming month. It's a vast improvement over the previous situation although I'm a little skeptical still. Let's see in a month from now.

Please do update. I've had to remove the battery and only use on USB since the update came out.

Please contact Michael via email or PM him. My solution was not for the faint at heart.
