Re: Feature requests
I own a wp-34s. I do like it and that it has greek letters. Just a couple of things I don't like: 1. Small memory 2. can't enter long numbers into programs 3. Lackluster solver 4. Stickers on buttons make me too careful, though the buttons do feel better than DM42. WP-34s may have greek letters but ...

Re: Feature requests
Add the greek alphabit as an additional option. When you are in alpha mode, make some type of key combination put the greek letters (alpha beta etc) on the soft menu.
Almost every equation I use has one of those characters.

Re: Looking forward to the DM42 update utilizing the Free42 2.023 update...
An up to dat DM42 is a better DM42 :) I disagree. The changes in 2.023 are small, highly specialized and very unlikely to matter to almost anyone, and simply do not warrant a new release of DM42 on their own. It makes more sense to spend the limited time David has to continue work on other forthcom...

DM43 triple coin battery design?
Why not have the DM43 be a triple coin battery design? I've heard stories of other calculators with such a design that had a battery life expectancy on the order of decades. My DM42 still shows "full" and I've been using it almost daily for a couple of months, but still...

I'm not really against it. I have never tried it on that side. If the majority want it then maybe there is some advantage to it I can't think of. I am more curious than anything as to why most people prefer it that way.
Personally, I'd say I am fairly agnostic.

Will the /*-+ keys be on the right or left side in the final version of the DM43?

Re: DM42 usable for just a user?!
What makes these machines great is that they can be used just as a simple RPN calculator or they can be used as a very complex calculator. They do not have a complex button layout so they make great simple calculators with a built-in e-ink screen saver. But in the case where u need more power or hav...

Re: Finally deciding to purchase DM 42. I have a question first however.
I received my dm42 in the mail yesterday. There was no update through Amazon for tracking information (like there usually is), it just appeared. I was not charged any additional fees beyond the Amazon price. The Amazon price was a bit higher than the SwissMircos price. Amazon seems to have quite a b...

What would happen if you took a solar panel like the one below https://www.amazon.com/Small-Solar-Panel-3V-20mA/dp/B002MAX0FS/ref=sr_1_20?ie=UTF8&qid=1544984970&sr=8-20&keywords=3+volt+solar+panel Spliced it to a USB cable, and plugged the USB cable into the calculator? I'm not an electr...
