I would need a simple utility to save (and then load) my default Custom menu, or some gimmick to restore it when a program writes its custom menu.
Any advice is welcome.
Thanks.

DMCP-3.21 / DM42-3.18b2 ok
hi, I've just downloaded the new "UPDATE: DMCP-3.21 / DM42-3.18b2 BETA RELEASE" and it seems to be ok. I tried some programs that handle complex numbers and those that first crashed, now are ok. Thanks for the great work, now the DM42 is usable and fun again here :) Hoping no other "b...

Re: UPDATE: DMCP-3.21 / DM42-3.18b1 BETA RELEASE
Hmm interesting. From my limited testing it looks like anything that would generate a complex result (even the complex button) is doing this. Very unfortunate bug to have if you work with complex numbers a lot. Hoping SM will have a patch out soon. the fact is, you can't tell when a program generat...

Re: Delete States
If the cable is good and works reliably in different folders, then the FAT structure is likely corrupted and you should: a. Backup all your folders b. Format the FAT drive - [shift] [SETUP] [5] [2] [5] c. Restore all your (good) files and the problems should disappear. Please confirm if this does o...

Re: Delete States
This behavior you are reporting is always related to bad cables (either connector is not inserted tightly/deeply enough or the cable quality is poor). For deleting a state file, just ignore it until the next time you connect, they take up only tiny amounts of FAT disk space, unrelated to memory usa...

Delete States
hi, is there any way to delete a State in DM42? I' having troubles deleting the files from the folder in the DM42 disk when connected via USB: sometimes the icon of the disk disappear from my MacBook and a couple of time with FAT issues. Is it possible to add an option in the Setup menu 2? Load - Sa...

Re: UPDATE: DMCP-3.21 / DM42-3.18b1 BETA RELEASE
here too "insufficient memory" with SQRt(-1).
G4_G3_G2 crashes, and also some routines of "Allsuite.raw" from Fernando, when there are complex results, both programs will be unloaded after the error display.

Re: UPDATE: DMCP-3.21 / DM42-3.18b1 BETA RELEASE
Not here. How many programs, variables, vectors do you have? 50 items in XEQ, MEM = 39104 bytes, 38 vars. A very strange thing: 9 ENTER 9 COMPLEX -> Insufficient memory 10 ENTER 10 COMPLEX ok 10+10i Apparently if the real (Y) is only 1 digit there is the error, if it is 2 or more is right... but no...
