Re: [POLL] Compiler for DM15L ?
Basic had his days, but it's a bit outdated... I barely know anyone still using Basic. To be honest I would prefer to see Python on the list instead. Alongside with the "Maker" move, Python is one of the languages to choose for the Raspi. So there's the proof that it's already usable on do...

Re: DM15L keyboard faceplate is separating
It seems as the woody sticks with the books helped to fix the problem for my unit. At least at the moment.
It is a problem of the glue if it separates again. Although I still have the little hope that it was just a (small) assembly problem.

Re: DM15L keyboard faceplate is separating
I tried to affix double-sided tape to make it stick, but I couldn't cut it properly for the keys holes so I spoiled my bezel. (...) So Michael sent me a replacement bezel... That doesn't stick any better. Although this shouldn't calm you down as a customer (and it doesn't justify the problem), I wo...

Re: Case for Voyager 'L' size
Maybe this site will help. https://www.calculator.ch/tags/Protective-cases E.g. this one displays a HP Voyager Model in the case: https://www.calculator.ch/item/CCXHSTSW However, I'm not sure they would send you the cases outside Switzerland. At least you could use this site for searching a case in ...

Re: Improved Keyboard????
How did you get those replacement domes? Are they available and is there a way to get them? I don't mind to pay for a set of them. Cheers I'm not sure where H2X got his domes, but basically what SwissMicros uses are plain standard metal snap domes, which can be ordered on a lot of places and replac...

Re: Keyboard debouncing
I think we should still keep this topic warm, because the problem remains for me on some number keys, although rarely. I have sample SN: 356. I think the topic is still warm. I have SN:03279. I got it last week and I noted also this kind of problems after using it a bit. First I had the problem tha...

Re: The Stack (according to Free42 Manual)
Thanks toml_12953 for the link. That's by far the best RPN tutorial I've ever seen!
It shows how much easier it is to understand in the DM42 (because you always see the whole stack) and it also shows the limits of the 4-stack RPN's with a rather simple example (XXVII).

Re: The Stack (according to Free42 Manual)
Thanks @Joe for your explanation. Now I see what José tried to tell me. The implementation of the RPL (?, Never had one of them) was maybe better from a logical standpoint. But it seems as it has annoyed a lot of people if they tried to "clear" things. It seems that this happens more often...

The Stack (according to Free42 Manual)
Hello all I have just a question of understanding. I'm referring to the fine documentation of José Lauro Strapasson http://thomasokken.com/free42/42s.pdf According to the chapter 2.8 The Stack, the HP 42s has the following behavior: (...) But since the calculator’s display has only two lines just x ...
