I can enter a program on the DM41X, save it to flash as a raw file, upload it to http://dm41.swissmicros.com/, decode it and get the text of the program. Going the other direction, starting with a text program file, does not seem to be as straight forward. The only choice after pasting in the text ...

My frighteningly angry postal carrier delivered my long delayed DM10L and DM12L today. The S/N of the DM10L is a very prime 017/100!
