DM42 in the computer club (german)

Wolfgang Rudolph, a host from a German computer TV show from the 1980s, still runs a YouTube channel that continues this show as Computer:Club2.
In the current video he introduces the DM42 ;) https://youtu.be/j4D_OgDP0eg?si=sad5ZjYhpZELlBHo

Re: Bit shifting, masking, like DM16 missing?

If I've misused the term emulator, ... Only in the one special case where it matters. At this time all DM-Calculators exept the DM32 & DM42 emulates original HP Hardware to run (sometimes patched) Original-HP-ROMs, so the results are almost identical to the original. The DM32 & DM...

Re: HP-97

So my question is would SwissMicro ever consider making a DM97 or a reasonable price, or even a DM67? I can't imagine that there is a market worth mentioning. The capabilities of the HP67 are are already covered by the DM41X and a desktop calculator with an integrated printer somehow doesn't fit in...

A long time ago there was a DM42 ...

As a workaround, perhaps try "qspi site:forum.swissmicros.com" at your preferred search engine?

too common words

Unfortunately, I experience it quite often that a search is aborted with "search query were ignored because they are too common words". Last examples were e.g. QSPI (what is that, what is to be considered?), DATE (because of the separator in the info line of the DM41X) or KEYS (because of ...

Re: Wandering Prefixes

AFAICS it is blue, isn't it? Or did you want to propose another color? Which one? Why? Do you allow blue for g exclusively? Licensed by Peet (TM) ? Looking at the keyboard locations of the prefixes (gold, f, g, and h) on HP's pocket calculators and their successors: if you want to tell us that the ...

Looking at the keyboard locations of the prefixes ...
On the DM41X Grafik shouldn't be a "blue" key because this is not the "g" prefix-key but the "alpha"-key.
