Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
Now about the DM32 targeting a "new" population of users not already aficionados of HP RPN calculators... I think it is very difficult, and I will explain my position.. DM41X price is 229 CHF DM42 price is 199 CHF DM41L price is 129 CHF Based on the fact that DM32 will have a keyboard comp...

Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
And BTW... 1) I think that any .0-.9 number can be keyed in using "." + 0-9 but should be displayed normaly as 10-19... 2) if we want more labels the dot can open a two (2) digits entry ( LBL _ _ ) rather than just one (1). Example : LBL 1 is LBL 01 LBL . 0 1 is also LBL 01 LBL . 1 9 is LB...

Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
Honestly... using heavily the DM15L... I think that 26 lablels A-Z plus 20 (local) labels 0-9 and .0-.9... "should" be enought! The HP15C/DM15L uses only A-E, 0-9, .0-.9 and we do lot of things with only 25 labels... Add the possibility to store/recall programs multiplies the labels effect.

Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
How to key LBL/GTO/XEQ 0 to 9 or .0 to .9 ? When you key LBL/GTO/XEQ you have the A..Z annonciator Hitting yellow shift (or f) removes the A..Z annonciator (hitting again yellow shift (or f) brings back the A..Z annonciator) You can then key "0" to "9" or "." + "0&...

Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
@Bob... First... my COMPLEX and MATRIX suggestions say somehow they are flagged as certainly difficult to do "due to missing keys (labels?) on the keyboard"... re-read please. What does that mean... that means that I am well aware that DM32 should be a "simple" calculator of cour...

Re: What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
We already have X Y Z T and L as normal registers (A-Z)
So we would need to add a "." as STO . X like in HP41CX/HP42S and have a different display STO ST X

What HP32SII improvements (in DM32) would you like ?
I know that it's a bit early for this question not knowing exactly what will be in the final DM32... But after the presentation of @Bob at HHC 2022... why not give it a try ? I would like some of us would like : - "infinite" registers, it can just be like HP15c acces through indirection us...

Re: FAST/SLOW flag/function
Thank you @Bob for your clarification. It is normal for our community to want always more features and to try to understand the difference between : 1) impossible "technically speaking" to implement 2) feasible technically but not worth the difficluties of implementations and risks of dist...
