Re: X?NN in future version?

In X=? IND ST Y you still have to modify the stack by puting NN in Y... Whereas in X=NN? the stack/alpha is untouched... that's the whole point of using X?NN instructions... No, the 41CX X=NN? functions compare X to the register pointed to by Y. That is exactly the same as X=? IND ST Y in the funct...

Re: Jupiter Moons

Have you tried setting the date format using the DMY function? I don't remember the details but there was a bug that was discussed here recently, where the date functions could end up acting weird if you used the setup menu to set the date mode.

Re: X?NN in future version?

Yes, that's certainly possible. I've never liked those specific functions, though, I think I'd prefer something more generic: X=? <param> and 0=? <param>, plus corresponding functions for ≠, <, >, ≤, and ≥. That would cover the CX versions: X=NN? would be equivalent to X=? IND ST Y, and so on.

Re: Collection of functions for DM42/Free42 (updated on 2021-02-03)

Apparently the program DERIV stops in line 246: XROM 31,40 XROM 31,40 is the new PGMMENU function, which presents a menu of programs with MVAR, like the initial menu presented by SOLVE and ∫f(x). That function isn't in any official Free42 release yet, though, it's only in the test versions of Free4...

Re: Collection of functions for DM42/Free42 (updated on 2021-02-03)

I cited 2.5.25 as in iOS I've that version of Free42... Yep. 2.5.25 contains just one change, a fix for a bug introduced in 2.5.21 that would cause <Not a Number> to appear if you tried to paste the number zero. Not a common scenario, unless you're pasting spreadsheet cells, as the user who reporte...

Re: Collection of functions for DM42/Free42 (updated on 2021-02-03)

Note that I haven't created a tag for 2.5.25. But regardless, the changes in 2.5.24a and 2.5.25 don't affect the DM42, so it would be up to date with the current official Free42 release by running 2.5.24.

Re: Collection of functions for DM42/Free42

Don't worry, it's not telepathy. :D

Someone else pointed out that the way RTNERR works now is not ideal if you want to use it without using FUNC. I couldn't argue with that!
