Re: 43S Alternative key layout --> WP43C

https://www.rowmark.com/products/ada-alternative This is the material that I was going to use for my attempt. It is 1/32" thick. It comes in black and a very dark brown. It is flexible but not brittle. I have had very good success printing on it with UV Cured ink. Thank you for the info. Looks good...

Re: 43S Alternative key layout --> WP43C

@Dani, re. custom menus from user programs: On the 41C, you'd have overlays. That might be possible on the 43C (and 43S) as well. The HOME menu:

I like that the soft keys are never idle, but does the HOME menu as envisioned imply that the lower part of the screen is always busy showing their shifted options?

Me neither, but we could always look at icon collections for suitable candidates? Remembering that those icons should be easy to reproduce in print and on the web... And it needs to be integrated into the emulator fonts as one or more custom characters. Therefore small. Not particularly keen. On th...

I meant REGS short for REGISTERS.
OK, good! That also complies with the pattern of using "." as word separator.

Needed to check, English is not my first language so what's intuitive to me may not apply to others.
