CST & CONF
None of these do anything (the CST or the shifted, CONF)
In the user manual it says that CST is to be implemented (related to help files).
But what is CONF?

Re: HEPAX grabbing wrong XROM numbers?
I already have the setup working with my NoV-64 and NoV-32 modules. It would take me a few weeks to get around testing on other platforms. But I'd like to explore one line of questioning first: Given that the DM41X user have little control over the sequence of how modules are plugged, it would seem ...

Re: Programmatic control of writing to file system
Not sure if anyone has made this point. Even if you had the ability to write to the DM41X's file system, currently you wouldn't be able to read that file from your PC while, say, a program is running. The USB disk is only accessible when you are in the dedicated USB mode. Good point - that slipped ...

Re: HEPAX grabbing wrong XROM numbers?
Updated all modules to latest from that source. Still freezes - no change. Could someone try to replicate? ISENE.ROM = https://github.com/isene/hp-41_isene-rom GEIR.ROM = https://github.com/isene/hp-41_GEIR.ROM Load both and the HEPAX module to find your DM41X freeze (try the same on an HP-41CL and ...

Re: Programmatic control of writing to file system
But the FAST function crosses that boundary, no?
And yes, my point was to have a way - any way - to send bytes to a PC via a program. That would be a huge improvement to the DM41X given the lack of HP-IL.

HEPAX grabbing wrong XROM numbers?
It seems that loading HEPAX with certain other modules freezes the machine (need to pin-reset). Here's what can be verified: Load ISENE.ROM (XROM #17) and GEIR.ROM (XROM #23) together with HEPAX (Modified HEPAX 1G) and the machine freezes. I cannot check what XROM numbers the HEPAX RAM pages get, bu...

Re: Programmatic control of writing to file system
If anyone in the project is reading this, here is my feature request: Two HP-41 commands in order of priority: PRASF = PRint AScii to file (takes name of XM ASCII file in alpha and prints that to a file with that name on the file system) PRPF = PRint Program to file (name of program in alpha, prints...

Re: DM41X Beta Programme
i noticed your R54 for Library#4 and thought: odd, why is mine only R51, yet I loaded the modules zip on Sunday? Looks like a new module zip (200316) appeared since then. Would it be possible to announce when that happens, please, so we don't need to keep checking? A wee note of what changed would ...

Re: DM41X Beta Programme
How would I make HEPAX work? For some reason, my DM41X (sn088) freezes as I try to plug it (it may be other reasons for that, though) Checked and rechecked - it freezes specifically on loading HEPAX. Is there anything I need to do before loading it, like setting up some pages for HEPAX RAM? What is...
