I'm sorry for this. Finally we nailed the problem with the ENTER button. The unequal tactile feedback is caused by the upwards bent ABS housing. Once the calculator is taken apart and warmed up a little, it can be bent back which should solve the issue. Please give it a try. Otherwise you can send i...

A tact switch soldered to the board (compared to a dome directly applied) can't be so much more noisy ?? The concave metal dome snaps inside out when pressed. I have some surface mount dome switches here that you can't really hear, the dome is more or less exposed (Kapton film over the top) but on it's own substrate. It depends a lot on how everything is put together. Of course the switch is on a PCB in the end, but try putting a single one on a wooden s...
