USB OTG ?

According to ST datasheet, devices do support USB OTG:

Code: Select all

USB OTG 2.0 full-speed, LPM and BCD
Am I correct that, in theory, DM42 can act as an USB host? So one can plug e.g. usb-2-uart adapter if needed SW support will be done to DM42 firmware?

Super StarTrek at DM42

Dunno about the spelling at stardate 4900, but nowadays torpedos are torpedos (don't take this personally: even American presidents have difficulties with this trailing syllable in plural ;)). :D Good to know! But, perhaps it is just a tribute to the legendary game, I just copy/pasted status-screen...

How to set monospace font?

Hello,
I've managed to reduce the font size, now status-screen of StarTrek game fits to the screen.

Question: how to select a monospace font, if any?

Re: DMCP_SDK Hello World

Hello,
is it possible to use smaller (and, preferably monospace) font? Having trouble to fit Super Star-Trek status screen there :)

Re: Battery life

I had the same issue but this problem was fixed in the latest FW. Did you try installing the latest FW? I was told my Michael that there was excessive current draw from the quad SPI device in the mode it was set to. This was changed in the latest FW. Since then. I have not dropped 0.1V in 2-3 weeks...

Re: Battery life

Sorry what was a current at OFF stage? 80 uA? That's right. 'twas draining far more charge while turned off than on. Michael asked me to send my PCB back to him to investigate and sent me a replacement. The replacement does not have this issue at all. The PCB was replaced at the start of March this...
