The nice thing too about a polymer like that is its capacity for just the right amount of flex for easy installation ... while being stiff enough to not have a cheap feel and rattle or flop around while inserted. VERY easy to process and machine as well .....

I'm thinking the one on the left (maybe the right as well) is Acetal ... or perhaps you already know what it is? Judging from the phto I put it somewhere in the vicinity of 0.022" - 0.030" thick.

Yes. him. Page 40 of this forum. It is actually UV Cured inkjet printed on a suitable substrate and then laser cut. It could be removable or adhesive backed. It shouldn't be too permanent so it can be replaced when the WP44C comes out... What kind of material can be used? What suitable material is ...
