Re: Merry Christmas! Fröhliche Weihnachten! Feliz Navidad! etc.

... especially to our early friends down under. Hey, we're not kids! Shouldn't it be Frohe Weihnachten? :D You better request a dictionary for next Christmas... ;) Or learn a second language beyond Google Translate (heaven beware! ) ... Sorry, just a suggestion. 8-) I got it from my Grandmo...

What tools have you found useful to convert images to 1-bit bitmaps?

I've used Photoshop’s Diffusion Dither option to switch greyscale files to bitmaps but the results can sometimes be a bit hit and miss. What do you guys use?
I use GIMP for Windows

Great! I just have to turn my calculator on and off again until I get to the month I want! :)
OTOH, every on/off cycle gets you to all the months, so just once.
What a dummy I am! I was thinking that each month was one screen. At my age, I better make an image like that.

And the hits keep coming! You've already done so much, but would you consider a second version of the calendar with the weeks starting on Sunday?
Now we're in a religious topic! Internationally, weeks start on Monday, AFAIK.
So much for Seventh Day Adventists! :D

How about adding elements that haven't been discovered yet? That would save you from having to add them in later.

Re: Useful Content for the "Ultimative OFFIMG"

I had some spare time this weekend and "drew" this - really a challenge for my eyes (even with glasses): pt.bmp I draw this with MS-Paint using 256 Colors (using black and white only) which ends in a file size of 95k - which is not supported by the DM42. Saving as monochrome bitmap (1-bit-depth, 13...

Re: USB-host (USB-OTG)

Just found this external module for TI calculators . As far as I know stm32 of DM42 can support USB-OTG. In theory, is it possible to create, e.g. USB-UART profile or something similar? I don't think the DM42 would be capable of powering any device connected to the USB port even if the chip can sup...
