Re: WP43: Call for Proofreaders
Thank you! Your checking shows me quite some pitfalls, and I applied your corrections also by analogy (or extrapolation).

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
Any bugs out there? I assume you’ve seen/been following: https://forum.swissmicros.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=3893 This affects version 0.25.2 on the simulator and my WP43 (0033). Thanks, Scott, we've seen that and are working on it - it's caused by something in the common firmware foundations of...

Re: C47: MEM? function
In the WP43,
MEM? returns the number of free bytes in RAM (i.e. the pool size), taking into account all registers currently allocated and their current contents.
Please see the respective entry in the IOI in the WP43 Reference Manual. I assume the C47 team didn't change this functionality.

Re: WP43: Call for Proofreaders
p91 "in analogy" -> "by analogy" Thanks! Looking for 'analogy', 18 hits are found in the OM, many of them combined with 'in'. Presumably a false friend of German 'in Analogie (dazu/zu)'. My dictionary proposes 'in analogy to sth', 'on the analogy of sth', 'by analogy with sth', ...

Re: WP43: Call for Proofreaders
We discuss things here that were and are unthinkable for HP, TI, CASIO, or any other serious calculator designer. They designed their calculators and their customers had and have to be happy with these products. Sometimes they (the customers and users) found out later that those were very smart desi...

Re: WP43: Call for Proofreaders
Thanks for elaborating. I can comprehend your thoughts but I fail to understand them. First your example: What's the problem with realizing the display format late? Internally, your WP43 calculates with its full precision always (i.e. typically 39 digits, rounded to 34). The display format may be FI...

p82 ADM "grades" -> "grads" or "gradians" Thanks! I had to correct that repeatedly. p87 Real Numbers: Changing the Display Format since the calc doesn't otherwise indicate the current display format, may I suggest that this section includes mention of variables ...
