Has anyone looked into using an off the shelf IR to USB receiver to capture the printer output and display it on a computer monitor? I've hunted around several different HP forums but haven't seen this. Any thoughts about such a project? Have I just missed a discussion on this elsewhere? Thanks Her...

IR to USB receiver for printer emulation on PC monitor
Has anyone looked into using an off the shelf IR to USB receiver to capture the printer output and display it on a computer monitor? I've hunted around several different HP forums but haven't seen this. Any thoughts about such a project? Have I just missed a discussion on this elsewhere?

Is it meant to be printed laying flat or on its end? The link to the buckle box on Thingverse didn't say, but from the printing contours, it looks like it is printed flat. I have one going now, but to make it fit in the print area, I had to stand it on its end, diagonally across the platform. Thank ...

... I too have noticed the enter key is a bit "dead" but only on the left side on both calculators. Anyone else notice this? ... MeToo, unfortunately. My workaround is trying to use only the rightmost part of the Enter key, giving the anticipated tactile feedback. Thanks for the confirmat...

First, BRILLIANT CALCULATOR! I bought two, and have a third on the way (one at home office, real office, and in my briefcase). I too have noticed the enter key is a bit "dead" but only on the left side on both calculators. Anyone else notice this? Since I'm right handed and enter with my t...
