Re: Are many of you with the DM32 ?

Right - the absolute height of the digits is not my (personal) problem. As I wrote it's the combination of font, height and four of these lines on that beautiful, high-resolving screen, which (again) imho feels like a waste and does not please my eye. But that's just me. Are many of you with the DM32 ?

Re: RPN option for school children

German sentences are kind of RPN in a way since the important part of the verb is often found at the end - a fact making life difficult for interpreters translating 'simultaneously' into another language. I've met quite some ladies waiting for me to finish my sentence before they could continue the...

Re: RPN option for school children

RPN may be a thing of the past. Nevertheless, using the stack to calculate always remains pleasant and efficient, also in RPL.
Moreover, today I don't know how to replace small tools programmed in RPN. How to solve these questions for a young student or young engineer without a computer in 2023?

Re: Dumbinb down or change of focus?

Reading the manual of these machines (f.e. 15C) was already 50% of pleasure and discovery. We could already dream and imagine being a great scientist, engineer and master of complicated calculations :-)

(Screnshot taken from Logan West youtube video)
We can see the DMCP SETUP called SET on shift ON... plus of course the extra upper FN row of 6 keys.
I don't need it, but it has a beautiful look, 2 shift colors. I like it.
