I found It right when I unboxed it not in 6 hours. If none of us can see it at all, and it would take a macro lens to capture it, is it really a problem worth escalating? Yes is hard to take a photo that shows the defect I don’t have a macro lens

Yes,
In Canada if is the package is send in the post it can take weeks to get it.If is FedEx,UPS or DHL we get it in one or two day

It recently took six weeks to received a package from Germany to Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada.
With the currently overloaded shipping carriers, I would expect 4 to 8 weeks of shipping time between Switzerland and Quebec/Canada.

I was told they shipped is by SwissPost Register Mail but I don’t have a tracking number.
