Of course, including a list of the most well-known brands, otherwise it would be incomplete!

Re: WP 43S Pilot Run (Poll!)
Considering it is a work in progress and a device for the aficionado the really interested should have no problem paying before production starts. Payment is rarely the problem in such cases, it's more of a stalled development process that no one can say will ever complete. Based on the pace so far...

Re: DM41X V2.1
OK, I have experience in coding keyboards, keypads and buttons ROMs many years ago. Congratulations, you should become part of the development team! ;) I'd speculate that the issue is in the interface between SwissMicro's OS and the HP41 code. That would explain why the DM42 keyboard works correctl...

Re: DM41X V2.1
Emulating precise 41 key rollover behaviour would require dramatic changes needing a lot of work in the 41X and DMCP and that would also mess with the DM42 and DM43's current behaviour, none of which are desirable or justified. Exactly emulating behaviour which isn't particularly useful or dependab...

Re: 43S News
There are many users who have operated the classic RPN calculator with two thumbs. With this type of operation and with the one-finger version for right-handers, the lower left button is ergonomically less accessible than the + button on the "classics" Position. That's right, that's how i...

Re: Delivery to California USA
I live in Denver and have had way longer than normal delays shipping things to people lately. I have two packages that just arrived yesterday from Denver to Portland and it took 16 days, from the estimated 2. I have another one going to LA which after 14 days shows that it still hasn't left Denver....

Re: Upgraded keypad
Production can be done with zero tolerances but there is always an uncertainty that a specified parameter is actually met. This is exactly what we are talking about here, whatever the manufacturing process will be, there will always be tolerances in the end and simply ignoring them is unprofessiona...

Re: Upgraded keypad
What does it mean that they are manufactured without tolerances? Sounds like some kind of a quantum physics feature. Does it mean that there are no tolerances specified in the designs and that it’s luck of the draw whether everything fits together? There is no manufacturing process without toleranc...

Re: Upgraded keypad
My DM42 has a keypad that is much less noisy and clicky than the DM41X one. What is best ? Sometimes one could really laugh, the device has been in production for three years now and the manufacturer is still struggling with teething problems. I can understand that the original HP keyb...
