Bonjour à tous
I did not go on the forum since several months (business and health).
I wondered if there were any news about the disponibility of the 43 (hardware).
Thank you by advance
Olivier

Re: Allschwil Meeting 2020
Dear all
As it was noticed on MyHP forum, I think it is a right decision.
I propose to make an alternate event, using visio conference tools such as ZOOM or GOOGLE MEETS.
Would it be a good idea by the end of this year ? (a christmas gift, for example ?)

Re: Maybe a hp41 OFFIMG ?
Hi
I have seen this picture of HP41CV.
I have no software to transform that in an OFFIMG : is it possible for one of you to do so ?
Thanks a lot
Olivier

Re: 43S News
So when is it coming? Difficult question. As far as I can see now, I'd guess the pilot batch will come before Allschwil - cf. https://forum.swissmicros.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2374#p13996 . You find many of your other questions answered in that thread. ...many functions are not yet implemented,...

Re: Are the calculators magnet-proof?
There shouldn't be any problem with any modern pocket calculator as long as we talk about static magnetic fields and the calculator isn't moving fast. Reasons are given in post #2. :geek: And since the calculator back is made of stainless (austhenitic) steel, it won't even start moving fa...

Re: Are the calculators magnet-proof?
I may give you some more informations. I worked for some years in a smelter in France (Pechiney plant). This plant was (and still is) producing primary aluminium. In order to do so, they actually use 380 000 Amps under 1024 Volts, in 254 tanks with a electrical connexion in serial configuration ; wh...
