Re: RPN in education
Sounds interesting. Will it be useful to have a selectable option in C43 to display X,Y,Z&T registers as multiples of defined constants, maybe of e, π, √2, √3 & √5. I thought about making a proposal for the WP43S at some point, when I had time to think about a nice usability concept for tha...

Re: RPN in education
Simple questions : what is "x*pi" or "sqrt(n) " ? Is there another meaning than what I suppose ;) ? You typed "RP M ", I suppose it's RP N ...? Sorry, RPN was indeed a typo. Sorry for any confusion. What I mean with x*pi and sqrt(n) is, that if you key in 2 * \pi = in ...

Re: RPN in education
Only the (future) geeks/scientific students could be interested by HP calculators, but it takes time to master those calculators, students are often very busy on their Mac/PC, linux, Python and other C++ stuff. Do you have students at home knowing this situation ? I left engineering studies a long ...

Re: RPN in education
I used the DM42, previously HP-35s in all of my exams so far. Due to it optics both never got questioned. I took care about the Wallpapers on the DM42 for sure. And I never tried cheating with them by adding programs. So it was clean when I used it in exams.

So, come over here -> https://gitlab.com/Over_score/wp43s . 8-) As far as I know every testing is very high valued as well as helping with mathematical issues or some implementations. Re: My new Raspberry Pi based WP43S
That's a nice device
It probably would, however, not be accepted as calculator in one of my exams

Re: Seven statistical distributions
Hi Raimund,
thanks for providing the raw's.
I can follow your 1st example.
On the second one (and some other things I tried) I get a Nonexistent when following your example.
Yet, I don't know why. But on yours it works with the shared raw's?
(For sure I downloaded and loaded all of them. )
Thanks!
